Kelsey and Daniel | Winthrop Carter House, Boscawen, NH

Kelsey and Dan met for the first time in 2010, but it wasn’t until 2015 that their love story really began. They were living states away, so the beginning of their relationship was based on phone conversations until their first official date on April 10th in Newport, RI. They both felt in love already just after that very first date.

Dan proposed during a weekend away to Cape Cod. His original plan was to propose on the beach after a nice walk, but mother nature had a different idea. It all worked on in the end, with the night ending in checkers and Domino’s pizza.

It was the perfect summer day in Boscawen, NH for Kelsey and Daniel’s wedding at the Winthrop Carter House. The whole venue has a rustic-chic feel. When walking into the ceremony space, there are big trees overhead. They were married under a gorgeous birch wood arch surrounded by flowers. When Kelsey stepped out to walk down the aisle, you immediately could see the emotions over Dan’s face. As Kelsey walked up the aisle, they both shed tears of joy and happiness. As they exchanged their personalized vows, sniffling could be heard throughout the crowd.

Following their outdoor ceremony, everyone was lead into the elegant barn for their reception. The best man shared some hilarious stories about the groom, and the Maids of Honor gave sweet well-wishes to their sister and new brother-in-law.
